Boniface at the double as Leverkusen see off Stuttgart

Victor Boniface continued his strong run of form with the decisive goal as Bayer Leverkusen edged past Stuttgart in an entertaining Bundesliga clash.

The Nigerian forward's movement was a persistent problem for the visiting defence throughout, and his intelligent near-post run for the winner underlined the improved link-up play he has shown since the turn of the year.

Leverkusen's grip on a European qualification spot is now firmer, with Boniface's return of 12 goals for the campaign the platform much of that push has been built on.
